Whole-food, nutrient-dense meals made from scratch by a nutritionist! Just choose your box size and select your mains and sides from our set menu. All boxes include a fresh salad with house-made dressing, portioned to match the box size.

• Mini – $65
  1 main + 1 side (half portion)
  Serves approx. 3–4 meals
  ~$18 per meal

• Small – $125
  1 main + 1 side
  Serves approx. 6–8 meals
  ~$16 per meal

• Medium – $230
  2 mains + 2 sides
  Serves approx. 12–16 meals
  ~$15 per meal

• Large – $345
  3 mains + 3 sides
  Serves approx. 18–24 meals
  ~$15 per meal

How it works

Orders are accepted up till 10pm Sunday. All meals are prepared fresh Tuesday and ready for pick up at Empower Wellness Wednesday from 9am - 6pm.
